Why Juice?

When and how to juice:

The best time to drink your shot and tonic is in the morning, preferably on an empty stomach , the nutrients are then absorbed quicker. You should try to aim to drink these at least an hour before your morning coffee as the acidic in the coffee  will cancel out the juices alkaline effects. The digestive system is very busy and hard working which requires high amounts of energy - just think of the expression ‘food coma’.
